Event FAQ's

Use the form found on the event page to add each member of your team to the cart. The group discount will be automatically applied to each entry when you have four or more runners in your cart.

You will need to make a new booking. Group discounts are applied per booking only.

Yes, as long as the group size is 6 or less, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.

The Inflatable 5k is not a race. This is all about having fun & taking part with friends & family.

Want to get dressed up for the run? Go for it! We would recommend light running clothing, including a long sleeved top and good running shoes. A rain jacket is also a good idea if we have wet conditions on the day. We also ask that face coverings are worn in certain areas of the venue.

No, unfortunately we cannot. We can offer to transfer you to an alternative event if we are contacted two weeks before the event you have entered. Please read our terms & conditions for further information.

Unfortunately spectators cannot attend at this time due to COVID 19, but why not encourage them to enter and give it a go?!

Parking is charged £5 per car, please have change ready for our parking marshals.

Yes, if you don't feel like doing a particular obstacle, just walk around it.

Yes, everyone is welcome to complete the course at their own pace.

The inflatable 5k is open to ages 5+

Yes. On the day entries are available and are subject to on the day pricing. Please see the event page for more information.

The entry pack (sent in the post or you can collect on the day) includes your stick on bib number. At the finish everyone gets a medal, running socks, multifunctional headscarf and a drink.

Yes, we will send out a pre-event information pack via e-mail one week before the event. This will include confirmation of your entry, direction maps with parking and venue details, our covid procedures & your start time.

We are unable to operate a bag drop at this time due to COVID 19, please ensure belongings are left in your car or at home. Belongings left in your car are done so at your own risk.

Sorry, we do not allow dogs at our events. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.

Pack and processing fee is a Per Person fee, this includes: Transaction fee’s, the processing and sending out of the runners packs - which include items such as; Runners Bib; Santa suit vouchers and event day instructions.

We would advise against it, however, it is your responsibility to contact a medical professional regarding this.

Yes! Please contact us with your entry ID and we can arrange for a replacement pack to be collected on event day.

No. If you have your bib number you just need to turn up on the day, warm up and head on out when your wave time is called.

Yes we have a water station approximately half way around the course.

You are able to wear an action camera yes. It is your own responsibility to keep this safe and undamaged.

The FlexiWave option offers you a discount off the full price. Everyone in the same booking will be assigned the same wave time. This will be chosen for you one to two weeks before event day.

Virtual FAQ's

A Virtual Running Challenge takes place wherever you want, in your own time and at your own pace. These virtual events can be completed on a trail, road, path, treadmill, around a racetrack, along a beachfront, wherever you can run.
  1. Choose your challenge
  2. Get your running shoes on and complete the challenge.
  3. Submit evidence via the link provided. E.g screen shot of any tracking / fitness app.
  4. Your medal, certificate and running socks will be sent to you.
It's that simple!

So we can check you have completed the challenge successfully. We ask for a screen shot of one of the many running / fitness apps or even a picture of your treadmill display or running watch data will be fine.

Absolutely not! You can split your challenge over a few days or weeks. For example, you may complete a 10k run with 2 x 5k, or 5x 2k, it's up to you!

It's easy, click the link we will send you when you purchase your Virtual Running Challenge. Upload the evidence and press submit. It is super easy.

All of our challenges are different and have multiple distances to choose from. You will find a distance to suit all abilities and levels of fitness.

Anyone and everyone! We would ask that if your child (under 16) wants to take part that they should complete the challenge under the supervision of an adult.

You will find the first send out date on each Virtual Challenge medal page. After this date we aim to send medals out at least 3 times a week. Medals are sent out second class so please allow up to 4 working days to receive it.
